For waxing, ensure hair is about 5mm long. For facials, come with clean skin if possible. Avoid sun exposure and retinoids 48 hours before chemical peels or needling. We'll send specific prep instructions when you book.

We provide detailed aftercare advice for each treatment. Generally: avoid heat, sun, and harsh products for 24–48 hours. We'll give you a take-home guide and are always available for follow-up questions.

Absolutely. We carry products specifically formulated for sensitive skin and always do a consultation before any treatment. Please let us know about any allergies or skin conditions when booking.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer your slot to someone else. Late cancellations may incur a fee—please reach out if you have exceptional circumstances.
